Ann Larson, Project Director of the Deschutes Estuary Restoration Project will make a brief update and be available to answer your questions on May 8, 7:00 pm in the Lincoln Elementary School Library. This is part of the regular agenda of the South Capitol Neighborhood Association Board meeting.
Here is Ann’s description of the the presentation:
“Ann Larson, DES Project Director for the Deschutes Estuary Restoration Project, and Kate Snider, Restoration Design Manager with Floyd|Snider, will provide an overview of the project as well as a history of the Deschutes Estuary and Olympia. The team will describe the primary components of the project, which is nearing completion of conceptual design, and will highlight the benefits of estuary restoration to the environment and the community. They will also overview the stakeholder engagement performed to date and provide a projected timeline for future engagement with SCNA and the public.”
