This is just a reminder that everyone interested in the proposed Olympia City Housing Code amendments to promote middle housing is welcome to attend a forum next Wednesday March 19 at 6:30 pm in the Lincoln Elementary School cafeteria. We’ll be meeting with Joyce Phillips, Senior Planner for the City of Olympia to hear your thoughts, questions, and comments on these proposed code amendments.
These proposed amendments provide for greater density and new housing types. Some of the changes go beyond what is required by state law in terms of density.
