Hi Neighbors!
The Lincoln Options Fundraising Committee is holding its annual Spring Fling Auction on April 18th, and we are now seeking donations from the surrounding community for it.
This is a live and online auction event that is open to the broader community. We are accepting donations through the end of this month.
The Spring Fling Auction is the elementary school’s largest fundraiser of the year, with proceeds helping to sustain our native and organic gardens, wetlands, Arts and Music enrichment and Spanish program, along with assisting our teachers with classroom supplies and professional development. Funding also supports our annual fall Harvest Festival, student participation in the Procession of the Species, Camp Elderberry, and Dia de los Muertos.
We are seeking donations of unique creations or experiences! Some examples include:
- Mushroom foraging or birding expeditions
- Homemade bread and bagel deliveries
- Pet walking for dogs, cats, chickens, goats
- Dance, guitar, acting and cooking classes
- Park passes
- Extra or unused event tickets
- Vacation rentals
The possibilities are endless!
