Comment on Capitol Way at June 11 City Council Meeting

The neighborhood traffic and safety committee is gearing up to provide comments to the June 11 Olympia City Council meeting and needs volunteers to speak for up to 2 minutes about safety improvement ideas.

Anyone can make public comments and volunteers will be provided with talking points from our traffic and safety committee. We already have a list of over a dozen improvements that will make Capitol Way safer for everyone and we need to present these to the city council at the June 11 meeting. You just need to be at City Hall by 5:30, sign the register to make comments and step up to the podium when called.

Please contact Treacy Duerfeldt at treacy2@cirelearning.org to volunteer to speak or with questions about how you can help.
