Just a quick reminder that the South Capitol Neighborhood Association’s annual meeting is happening soon! Your lovely spring-green invitation should have arrived in your (U.S. snail) mailbox.

We would love to have you join us on Weds, June 10th, 7–8 pm in Lincoln Elementary School’s cafeteria.
There’ll be some required business on the agenda – two reports, a quick summary of the last board meeting minutes, election/re-election of board members – and that’s it. We hope to leave time for meeting and socializing with our neighbors while munching on some yummy snacks.
We now have 170 members in our neighborhood association (thank you!) According to our bylaws, we’ll need to have at least 25 members attend, so we’ll have a quorum and can vote on board candidates at the meeting. If you haven’t yet become a member, it’s free and easy to join! We’ll also have sign-up sheets at the meeting, so no excuses!
As an added bonus for those who attend – you may be the lucky winner of our drawing for a $100 gift card to Vic’s Pizzeria (must be present to win).
